The company's first office was in
the home of its secretary, George Whitaker, located at 411 E. Fifth Street, Flint.

1912, the company moved its offices
to the 7th floor of the downtown
office building then known as the
Flint B. Smith Building, later
called the Sill Building. |

In 1929
the company purchased a residence at
the corner of Church and Third
Streets in Flint, which it remodeled
into an office building. |

The company built a new office building at
2776 Flushing Road, Flint, in 1959. |

To
provide for continued growth, the
company again built a new office
building at its present location,
1510 N. Elms Road, Flint, in
1975. |

In 1990
a substantial addition was added to
the present location, doubling the
physical size of the home office. To
accommodate growth and provide for
the future, we added 16,000 sq. ft.
of new office space in 2004. |
