You can now report Auto and Property claims online by logging in with your
policy number and password. Once logged in, click on the “Report a Claim” link
and you will be on your way. It’s that easy!
On-Line submissions can be done on Auto and Property policies only. You
cannot submit claims for Umbrella, Business Owner's, or Worker's Compensation
Policies.
Auto Glass losses should be directly reported to Quest
by phone or fax. Quest will need the policyholder's name, the policy number,
the date of loss, and the make and model of the vehicle involved.
